Do you offer a mobile app?
Yes, our system comes with a fully accessible mobile app which you / your team will have a log in for. This is where you will view / manage our system, and be able to trigger the automations and communicate with clients.
Is training or onboarding support provided?
Yes, we will schedule a kick off call for you with your Customer Success Manager before we press 'Go'. The idea of our system is to keep it so simple that you don't need any particular 'training' to use it. We will show you where the buttons you need to press are, and will be on hand for any future questions as and when you need us.
Why are you priced so cheap?
Simplr Systems was founded with client satisfaction at the forefront, our main goal is to keep you with us for the next 10+ years. We believe that to do this we must be priced affordably, and provide an outstanding product - pair these two aspects, and we aim to keep you onboard forever.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Whilst we'll be extremely upset, you are free to cancel the platform with one-months notice at any period, no lock-up, no tie-in. Should you chose to retain your website, there is a monthly hosting, security, and maintenence fee of £29 /month.
Will people be able to find my website on Google?
Absolutely. All of our customer's websites are set up with optimal back-end SEO metadata, and our auto-review management system will keep pushing your website higher on local searches. This is why it is imperative to continue the review requests going out to all completed jobs.
Why should I go ahead, and not continue relying on word-of-mouth?
